We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Corporate Quality Manager to join our team. Job Summary: Reporting to the Head of Corporate Quality, you are responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining The Signalling Company Quality Management System to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. As such: You support the Process owners in the improvement of their respective processes; You organize the Management Reviews; You plan and perform the internal audits You manage the ISO external audits; you maintain, organize and track the agenda of audits; You manage the Quality Management System; You chair the Quality Board You manage the Risk Management process : You monitor risks at corporate and program level You monitor process owners' corporate risks review You review the linked processes You share the adequate level of information with the stakeholders of your process; You track actions and issues related to Quality; You ensure minutes of meetings in your field of responsibility. You are based in Brussels, Belgium. You could travel up to 20%. Profile Required: You are an outgoing person and enjoy diversity in people and tasks. You are reliable and structured, passionate and learn fast. You communicate clearly and effectively, and you are fluent in writing in English. You can show 7+ years successful experience in quality management. You are a certified internal auditor You have a higher education diploma. You can demonstrate a sound knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI, Sharepoint) suite, and Gitlab. You accept you can be wrong, or that a colleague may have a better idea than yours. You have a good command of French and are fluent in English. Nice to have: Additional knowledge in quality software tools is a plus. Dutch or any other European language is a plus. You have a driving license.
