Head of Product Development & Quality

Uw rol

Je bent de expert op vlak van productontwikkeling en kwaliteit en denkt constant mee na over de beste recepturen voor de klanten.

Je houdt toezicht op de creatie en verbetering van bakkerijproducten, grondstoffen, recepten en processen. Je werkt nauw samen met de sales en gaat als expert mee naar klanten. Je denkt na over nieuwe producten, optimaliseert bestaande producten en recepten. Je werkt nauw samen met de ontwikkeling in Duitsland voor de beste recepturen. Je test de ingrediënten, nieuwe technieken en je denkt altijd na over de nieuwste trends in de sector. Daarnaast stuur je 2 bakkers aan. Je rapporteert aan de Managing Director.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Productontwikkeling: het creëren en bijwerken van producten van de bakkerij om een verscheidenheid aan te bieden die klanten aanspreekt.

Recepten en producten testen en innoveren: experimenteren met nieuwe recepten, ingrediënten en technieken om het aanbod innovatief en spannend te houden.

Kwaliteit verantwoordelijke: alle reclamatie samen met de kwaliteitsafdeling in hoofdzetel afhandelen. Beheren van alle Q-processen en documenten.

Opleiding en ontwikkeling van personeel: Het bieden van begeleiding en training aan bakkerijpersoneel en verkoop om ervoor te zorgen dat zij over de vaardigheden en kennis beschikken die nodig zijn om gebakken producten van hoge kwaliteit te produceren.

Verantwoordelijkheid voor het bakcentrum: Nodige investeringen, onderhoud, voedselveiligheid, zekerheid horen bij het takenpakket.

Feedback en tevredenheid van klanten: het monitoren van feedback van klanten en het aanpassen van producten en processen op basis van klantvoorkeuren en suggesties.

Kostenbeheer: werken aan het optimaliseren van de ingrediëntenkosten, productie-efficiëntie en prijsstrategieën om de winstgevendheid te maximaliseren met behoud van de kwaliteit.

Je profiel

  • Master of Bachelor Foodingenieur met ervaring als bakker
  • Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar B2B werkervaring als productmanager, food ingenieur of ...waarbij je kennis hebt van ingrediënten, receptontwikkeling, ...
  • Leidinggevende ervaring van een klein team
  • Ervaring met kwaliteitsaudits en het opvolgen van een klachtensysteem
  • Je communiceert makkelijk, denkt in processen, oplossen van problemen en je kan beslissingen nemen
  • Interne en externe netwerker en je staat open om constant bij te leren
  • Je leert constant bij over de trends in de sector
  • Je bent drietalig, Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Duits is een nice to have
  • Kennis van Windows Office. ERP kennis is een voordeel.
