Over het bedrijf Ben je Functional Analyst met meer dan 2 jaar ervaring? Klaar om te groeien in een rol waar mensen, impact en professionele ontwikkeling centraal staan? Als Functional Analyst vorm je de schakel tussen de businessverwachtingen en de technische implementatie. Je vertaalt de noden van de business naar duidelijke, gestructureerde instructies en ondersteunt developmentteams doorheen het hele proces om oplossingen van hoge kwaliteit te garanderen.
Business requirements vertalen naar gedetailleerde functionele specificaties.
Minstens 2 jaar ervaring als Functional Analyst of in een gelijkaardige functie.
Vermogen om root-cause analyses uit te voeren en requirements te challengen wanneer nodig.
Sterke communicator die technische concepten kan vertalen voor niet-technische stakeholders.
Proactief, gestructureerd en in staat om zelfstandig te werken én samen te werken met teams.
Vloeiend in het Nederlands en goede kennis van het Frans is een plus.
