IT Manager/Business Analyst

Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams en externe partners om ervoor te zorgen dat IT-oplossingen effectief worden geïmplementeerd en dat ze de strategische doelen van de organisatie ondersteunen. Je bent niet alleen een analytische denker, maar ook een proactieve probleemoplosser die zelfstandig en in teamverband kan werken.
Fungeren als aanspreekpunt tussen de IT-afdeling en verschillende businessunits.
Opstellen van functionele en technische specificaties op basis van de noden van de business.
Coördineren en begeleiden van de implementatie van IT-oplossingen binnen de organisatie.
Samenwerken met interne ontwikkelteams, externe leveranciers en IT-architecten om oplossingen te ontwerpen en implementeren.
Ondersteunen bij de transitie van een legacy IT-landschap naar een toekomstgerichte architectuur met standaardcomponenten en cloudtechnologieën.
Uitvoeren van impactanalyses en haalbaarheidsstudies om de technische en operationele haalbaarheid van nieuwe oplossingen te beoordelen.
Testen en valideren van nieuwe systemen om te garanderen dat ze voldoen aan de functionele en technische vereisten.
Identificeren van mogelijke verbeteringen en optimalisaties binnen bestaande IT-processen en systemen.
Bewaken van de integratie tussen verschillende IT-systemen en toepassingen.
Zorgen voor een heldere documentatie en kennisoverdracht naar teams en eindgebruikers.
Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen IT business analyse, IT projectmanagement of IT consultancy.
Linux Servers & JBOSS: beheer en onderhoud van bedrijfskritische applicaties.
Middleware & Data Streaming: ervaring met NIFI/Kafka is een plus.
Ervaring met het opstellen van business cases, procesflows, use cases en impactanalyses.
Zelfstandig en proactief, maar ook een teamspeler die effectief samenwerkt met verschillende teams.
Vermogen om complexe technische concepten te vertalen naar begrijpelijke taal voor business stakeholders.
Talen: Engels is vereist, kennis van Frans en/of Nederlands is een sterke plus.
Samenwerking met een team van experts binnen IT en business.
Flexibiliteit: 2 dagen per week on-site in 1200 Brussel, België – de rest remote.
