Job title: Functional Analyst Location: Brussels, Belgium Language requirement: French Preferred Experience Range: 5+ Years Key Responsibilities: Understand Client’s existing Life & Pensions business processes and system landscape. Analyze Mainframe and CICS-based applications to map data flows and business logic. Conduct discussions with business users and IT teams to gather requirements. Document As-Is processes, system interfaces, and functional specifications. Support identification of process gaps and improvement opportunities. Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst in the insurance domain . Strong knowledge of Life and Pension products in the Belgian market . Added Advantage if knowledge on Mainframe, CICS, JCL, and COBOL . Experience in documenting processes and preparing functional specifications. Strong analytical and communication skills. Fluent in English & French ; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
