ContexteUn acteur majeur du secteur de l'énergie recherche un(e) Functional and Support Analyst pour renforcer ses équipes Energy Management – Power IS Feature Teams. Vous interviendrez sur des applications stratégiques qui automatisent les processus de gestion de portefeuille d'actifs de production électrique et de trading adossé aux actifs (asset-backed trading). Le périmètre couvre l'ensemble des technologies de production : centrales thermiques, nucléaires, énergies renouvelables et solutions de stockage par batteries.Vos missionsEn tant que Functional and Support Analyst, vous jouerez un rôle clé entre les équipes métiers et IT :Identifier, analyser et formaliser les besoins métiers et fonctionnels liés à la gestion de portefeuille d'actifs et aux applications de trading.Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles, exigences techniques et documents de support utilisateur.Définir les user stories, critères d'acceptation et cas de tests métiers afin de garantir la conformité des développements aux besoins exprimés.Produire une documentation complète et structurée des solutions livrées : guides utilisateurs, supports d'onboarding, documentation produit et processus end-to-end.Assurer le support fonctionnel de premier niveau auprès des utilisateurs internes et accompagner leur montée en compétence.Réaliser des tests de régression, manuels et automatisés (Python ou autre langage).Piloter les processus de mise en production des applications en coordination avec les équipes dépendantes.Travailler en lien étroit avec les équipes DevOps, Infrastructure et Helpdesk.Compétences techniques requisesConnaissances de base des produits financiers, notamment le cycle de vie des options (payoff, exercice, etc.).Compréhension des marchés de l'électricité et des technologies de production (un atout).Maîtrise de Python, SQL et Microsoft Excel.Connaissance des environnements cloud (ex. Azure) et de Kubernetes pour l'exploitation applicative (redémarrage de pods, VMs, services...).Compétences comportementalesExcellentes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse.Fort esprit de résolution de problèmes, proactif et orienté solutions.Très bonnes compétences en communication écrite et orale, avec capacité d'adaptation aux différents interlocuteurs.Esprit d'équipe, sens de la collaboration et du service.Profil recherchéMinimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, Quantitative Analyst.Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement complexe, critique et orienté métiers énergie et trading.LanguesAnglais courant obligatoire.Français ou néerlandais : apprécié.Organisation du travailMode hybride : minimum 1 jour par semaine sur site.
