We're looking for a passionate Product Manager to help shape the future of IDA Pro, the world's most advanced reverse engineering tool. At Hex-Rays, you'll be the bridge between our expert engineering team and our passionate global user base, ensuring IDA continues to set the standard for binary analysis. If you thrive on turning customer insights into product breakthroughs, enjoy interacting with technical users, and can see both the big picture and the fine details, we want to hear from you What You'll Do: Own the roadmap for IDA Pro, making sure it reflects both customer needs and our long-term vision. Engage with customers (researchers, analysts, developers) to gather feedback and uncover future needs. Define clear, actionable specs & requirements for the engineering team. Prioritize the backlog in collaboration with developers. Coordinate releases to ensure smooth delivery of features and fixes. Contribute partially to integrations and tooling in the IDA ecosystem. Take part in customer-facing activities like demos and user interviews. What We're Looking For: Technical background: Strong reverse engineering skills (must have). Familiarity with IDA Pro (must have). Solid knowledge of assembly language, binary analysis, and software security concepts. Product skills: Proven ability to write clear, detailed specs. Talent for developing and communicating a product vision. Soft skills: Excellent communication, you can talk to engineers and customers with equal clarity. Confident decision-making, even under uncertainty. Experience: 3+ years in product management or a related role. Bonus if you've worked with niche technical tools or developer-focused products.
