Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience. - Proven track record in leading teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide your team. - Crisis management expertise and the ability to stay calm under pressure. - Proficiency in English (+ Dutch, and French) for seamless team and guest communication. - Highly autonomous and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset. - A passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences. - A natural entertainer with creativity and humor to make the restaurant a lively place. - Accountability and ownership—you treat the restaurant as if it’s your own. Nice-to-Have (But Not Required):
