As a Procurement Operations Officer, you will ensure the smooth execution and follow-up of purchasing procedures in compliance with public procurement laws. You will handle service requests end-to-end, coordinate with various stakeholders, and maintain accurate documentation across multiple systems. Manage the shared mailbox dedicated to contracting and timesheets and route incoming requests properly. Handle approved service purchase requests end-to-end posting, tracking, and closing them. Keep all documentation up to date and accurate in SAP SBP. Communicate with stakeholders and suppliers to follow up on files and gather missing details. Support consultant onboarding/offboarding by managing account and asset requests. What we expect from you: 2-6 years of experience in procurement or purchasing. Solid hands-on knowledge of SAP. Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken).
