Administrateur logiciel Windchill – Creo (Key User / Référent outils)
Je recherche une personne qui sera le contact principal pour deux outils :

Windchill : outil PLM pour la gestion de configuration et des données produit
Creo : outil CAO/CAD pour la conception des produits


En tant que key user Windchill/Creo , vous serez la personne de référence pour ces logiciels et vous aiderez les autres départements à résoudre leurs problèmes liés au développement produit et à la gestion de configuration .
Surveiller la capacité serveur et les performances (croissance des utilisateurs, stockage des données) et alerter s’il faut adapter la configuration / faire des mises à jour / maintenance
Attribuer les bons rôles aux comptes utilisateurs (accès aux données nécessaires, restrictions d’approbation, etc.)
2) Logiciels Creo & Windchill
Donner des formations (modules WC/Creo), y compris lors d’updates ou de nouveaux modules achetés
Faire de l’ import de données automatisé (ex : charger des fichiers de matières premières / base de données)
Programmer la création de packages de données extraits de Windchill :
En cas de nouvelle ligne produit :
définir la structure CAD + structure E-BOM pour limiter la complexité et la variabilité
Analyser les interactions Windchill–Creo avec d’autres logiciels/plug-ins (ERP, MES…)
