Jouw impact

Als Construction Manager zorg jij ervoor dat onze bouwprojecten van A tot Z op wieltjes lopen. Je hebt een ware passie voor de bouwsector. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor aannemers, architecten en ingenieurs en bewaakt planning, budget en kwaliteit. Van eerste concept tot oplevering – jij houdt het overzicht en grijpt in waar nodig.

Concreet? Dit is waar jij het verschil maakt:

Technisch advies & voorbereiding

  • Beoordelen van de technische haalbaarheid en continu nadenken over (innovatieve) constructiemethoden.
  • Opstellen van aanbestedingsdossiers en aannemingscontracten.
  • Optimaliseren van bouwplannen bij vergunningstrajecten.

Uitvoering & werfopvolging

  • Coördineren van bouwwerven en infrastructuurwerken, van concept tot oplevering.
  • Waken over planning, budget en kwaliteit en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig
  • Bijwonen en leiden van werfvergaderingen voor Revive als bouwheer.

Stakeholder management & risicobeheer

  • Samenwerken met interne teams, aannemers, architecten, studiebureaus, ...
  • Contracten onderhandelen en opvolgen met leveranciers en partners.
  • Identificeren en beperken van risico's, inclusief opvolging van verzekeringskwesties.

Wat wij zoeken

Ervaring & skills

  • Master in Ingenieurswetenschappen (Bouwkunde of Architectuur) of een gelijkwaardige technische achtergrond.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in projectontwikkeling, aanneming of bouwcoördinatie.
  • Sterk in budgetbeheer, planning en technische optimalisatie.
  • Kennis van Autocad, BIM en MS Office is een plus.

  • Hands-on en oplossingsgericht. Jij pakt de dingen vast en regelt ze.
  • Je neemt graag de leiding, bent communicatief sterk en een echte teamplayer.
  • Je houdt van uitdagingen en weet onder druk de juiste beslissingen te nemen.
