Nexeo Belgium is looking for an Operations Officer – KYC to strengthen the Financial Security team of a leading financial institution in Belgium. The mission focuses on onboarding and monitoring corporate clients by ensuring compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) policies. You will play a key role in customer acceptance analysis, recertification, and risk assessment to guarantee compliance with regulatory standards and mitigate financial risks.
As an Operations Officer – KYC, you will be part of the KYC OPS Legal Entities team within the Client Service Center (CSC). You will contribute to the efficient and compliant management of new and existing client relationships.
Perform onboarding of new legal entity clients, analyzing acceptance in line with KYC policies.
Ensure high-quality and accurate execution of KYC processes in compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve KYC-related issues.
Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in KYC or a related area is an asset.
Knowledge of KYC processes.
Highly accurate, precise, and quality-minded.
Languages
Fluent in Dutch and French (written and spoken).
Very good knowledge of English.
A dynamic role in the Financial Security team of a leading institution.
A hybrid work model: 50% on-site, 50% homeworking.
