Become Business Controller for BeLux operations in Brussels and translate financial data into actionable insights, where you'll challenge assumptions, track KPIs, and support commercial opportunities in a hands-on , fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities as Business Controller
Partner with Business Unit Managers as their trusted finance advisor to translate financial data into operational insights that drive daily decisions
Lead budget and forecast cycles by challenging assumptions and identifying opportunities to protect margins and accelerate growth
Build and track performance KPIs to provide real-time business visibility and support project managers on risks and commercial opportunities
Prepare monthly business reviews that tell the story behind the numbers and enable strategic leadership decisions
What you bring as Business Controller
~2 to 6 years in finance, controlling, or audit roles within dynamic environments
~ Master's degree in Finance, Business Economics, or related field
~ Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a big plus
Net expense allowance (€140/month ) and meal vouchers (€8/day ) supporting daily costs
~ Performance-related bonus directly tied to your impact and business results
