Quality Engineer

Xeryon is a rapidly growing scale-up that develops and produces innovative motion control solutions for high-tech applications. Renowned for creating some of the smallest motors in the world, we push the boundaries of precision engineering every day. To strengthen our Quality team, we are looking for a skilled Quality Engineer who will support our continuous quality improvement and help ensure the highest standards across our products and processes.

Create and maintain Supplier Quality Agreements
Identify opportunities to improve inspection equipment and test methods
Provide second-line support to QC and Production teams for inspection equipment and methods
Perform documentation reviews and ensure adherence to internal quality procedures
Knowledge of measurement systems (mechanical and electronical) and test method validation (e.g., Experience with GDP, GMP, and Quality Management Systems (e.g., Familiarity with quality and reliability tools such as root cause analysis, Six Sigma, Lean, 8D, and FMEA is a plus
