Quality Engineer

To strengthen our Quality team, we are looking for a skilled Quality Engineer who will support our continuous quality improvement and help ensure the highest standards across our products and processes.Lead the handling and follow-up of customer complaintsDrive structured problem-solving and lead 8D investigationsCreate, monitor, and close supplier complaintsPlan and perform supplier auditsCreate and maintain Supplier Quality AgreementsSupport customer and ISO 9001 audits.Identify opportunities to improve inspection equipment and test methodsImplement, validate, and document new inspection systems and methodsImplement inspection/control plansProvide second-line support to QC and Production teams for inspection equipment and methodsReview product developments to ensure compliance with standards and proceduresPerform documentation reviews and ensure adherence to internal quality proceduresRequirements:1 to 5 years of experience preferentially in a production environmentKnowledge of measurement systems (mechanical and electronical) and test method validation (e.g., Gage R&R) is a plusExperience with GDP, GMP, and Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plusFamiliarity with quality and reliability tools such as root cause analysis, Six Sigma, Lean, 8D, and FMEA is a plusCompetencies:Enthusiastic and drivenAccurate and detail-orientedStrong documentation and reporting skillsAnalytical thinker with a structured approachTeam player with strong communication skillsProactive, solution-oriented, and eager to improve processesDynamic and energetic work environment in a fast-growing scale-upOpportunity to have a direct impact on the quality of our productsSupportive team culture focused on innovation and continuous improvementCompetitive salary and benefits aligned with experience and developmentCustomer complaints, Audit, GMP, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Documentation, Iso 9001, Solution Oriented, Quality Procedures, Systems inspection, Enthusiasm, Reporting Skills, Inspection Planning, 2nd Level Support, Six Sigma, Inspection, Investigations, Supplier Quality, Test methods, Method validation, ISA, Measurement system, Attention to detail, Documents For Audit, Process Development, Proactivity, Quality Control, Customer support, Lean Tools, Product Development, Production, Production Teams, Mechanical, Internal Quality, Supplier audit
