·A career with SEWS-E offers a number of exciting and challenging opportunities, with many roles involving international travel. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will provide SEWS-E product quotations and support the commercial activities of the SEWS-E Toyota Business.

Respond to customer requests for quotations (RFQ's) and design change from the initial enquiry through to the submission of prices using the procedures within the Sales Enquiry System (SES), ensuring that all quotations include relevant SEWS-E SES reference.
Purchase order acknowledgements (POA) to be sent to the customer.
Agreed order prices to be loaded onto the SEWS-E sales system in accordance with SES procedures.
Manage and control price information and support Toyota Account Manager for the annual price review with TME.
Support project development as a liaison with Japan.
Supporting TME during SEWS-E site visits and SPTT activities.
Fluent English speaker
Basic communication in Japanese would be desirable but not essential
A degree of flexibility to travel to support meetings / reviews at SEWS-E and customer sites
