Gather business requierements Interview business to asses needs and derive features from them Develop use cases and review them with business Provide input for data modelling Assist testers with elaborating test cases Provide meaningful inputs for developers Liase with software provider for handling business requests Train business for use of the new software implemented WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? Knowledge and competences: UML, BPMN Business analysis and business processes modelling Data analysis and data modelling. Information Systems matters and technical knowledge on the projects aspects Large organization administrative business processes Knowledge of software development methodologies Agile frameworks/methodologies Agile business analysis Ability to communicate verbally and in writing Ability to give high-level presentations Tools and Methodologies Balsamiq wireframes Software AG ARIS Software development Lifecycle Atlassian tools GitHub ServiceNow Methodology Project Management: PM2 and PM2 Agile Agile Software development: Kanban & Scrum Technical certification(s): At least, one of the following: BPMN 2.0 OMG Certified Expert in BPM (OCEB) OMG Certified UML Professional BABOK ITIL 4 PM2 certifications Agile Certified Professional IIBA WHAT WILL YOU FIND AT SEIDOR?
