Position: Senior ServiceNow CMDB Consultant Location: Brussels Employment Type: [Full-time / Contract] Summary: Seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Consultant with strong expertise in Discovery, CMDB, and ITOM to support our clients Enterprise Service Management platform. The role focuses on implementing and optimizing ServiceNow Discovery, adapting data patterns, and ensuring CMDB integrity for accurate configuration item (CI) management. Responsibilities: Assess and implement ServiceNow Discovery requirements Adapt and customize discovery patterns Review and correct CMDB data models for CI reconciliation Execute discovery across defined scopes Maintain and enhance ServiceNow functionalities and integrations Provide user support, training, and demos Required Skills: ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM expertise ServiceNow platform administration and scripting Discovery pattern customization and data integrity Knowledge of network protocols and terminology Experience: Minimum 3 years in ServiceNow Discovery implementation and configuration CMDB 360 and IRE experience Functional analysis and integration design Certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery Certified Implementation Specialist Service Mapping Completion of ServiceNow CMDB fundamentals is highly recommended Scripting in ServiceNow is highly recommended At least one Mainline certification (ITSM, ITAM, CAD,…) is a plus Achieve together We are Fujitsu.
