Guarantee the cybersecurity of our applications and environments by ensuring that they are optimally secured. Participate in the digitalization, modernization and implementation of modern, mobile, secure and efficient systems. Provide support, maintenance and ICT technical expertise for products supported by the Services Division to enable Integrated Policing users to carry out their missions efficiently and effectively Ensure the reporting of activities to the project manager or ICT manager Provide support during the roll-out of IT applications for the benefit of the integrated police Assistance and support in the configuration of One PCs for the benefit of embedded police users Support the implementation of operational information systems as part of 2nd line support Provide technical information and answers to users. Be the referent on second-line technical support aspects Coordinate the execution of technical tasks, activities and procedures Carry out technical analyses and formulate opinions. Provide technical support Prioritize tasks Keep up to date with the ICT management products used at GPI. Participate in a 7am-5pm permanence Skills : active directory, configuration, , help desk, help desk support, installation and troubleshooting of desktop and laptop, deployment, hardware, microsoft, mac, case, call centre, support, windows, help desk Roles Expert IT Support Technician Skills Active directory Intune ITSM SCCM Support & maintenance System administration System engineering W11 Languages Dutch Englis French
