Financieel Manager

For a renowned company with an international presence, known in particular for its packaging, labelling and accessory solutions for the fashion and retail industry, we are recruiting a Junior Financial Manager . You will be responsible for managing all aspects related to business administration, financial management and advising the management team on strategic and operational matters.

Pro-actively advising General Manager and other Management Team members on strategic and operational issues including investments
Maintain an adequate and appropriate management information system (MIS)
Ensure adequate budgetary planning and control
Responsible for cash-flow planning and control
Ensure optimised credit management through creditor and debtor management
Complete financial analyses and managing critical variances on a regular basis
Responsible for ensuring the integrity, legal compliance and timely completion of the company’s financial systems, accounts and reports.
Arrange appropriate but cost-effective insurance covers for the business
Administer to the company’s payroll, pension, health insurance and other employee related benefits systems.
Ensure effective contact with group financial controller, auditors, bankers, tax office.
Responsible for leading a team of 3 personnel directly (circa 8 indirectly)

You have a degree level with appropriate local qualifications in accounting and finance
You have 3-5 years of operational financial management experience within a manufacturing or commercial/sales environment.
Knowledge of IT systems especially ERP software (Odoo is an advantage)
