Business Development Manager

Your Role
As a Business Development Manager at darwind, you will work closely with the Managing Director and your fellow Business Manager. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, managing client relationships, and matching consultants with exciting projects. This is a dynamic position that combines business development, people management, and internal initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and analyze new market opportunities and trends.
- Expand our client portfolio and manage existing accounts.
- Negotiate with clients and build long-term relationships based on trust.
- Represent darwind at key industry events and develop a strong professional network.
People Management
- Prepare consultants for client meetings and closely follow up on their projects.
- Support consultants in their career growth and match them with the right assignments.
- Conduct evaluations and contribute to their professional development.
Internal Projects
- Participate in internal initiatives such as training programs, events, and improvement projects.
- Actively contribute to darwind's evolution as a scale-up.
Your Profile
- You have a minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in consultancy, tech, or a related field).
- You have a strong commercial flair and a strategic insight—you see opportunities where others see obstacles.
- You are fluent in Dutch, with a good command of French and English.
- You have a master's degree or equivalent experience.
- You are proactive, entrepreneurial, and driven to make an impact.
