Functieomschrijving Bij Meat&More gaan we samen voor zorgeloze maaltijden, elke dag opnieuw. Dat kunnen we alleen waarmaken dankzij onze 1.500 toppers van medewerkers. Onze IT-divisie maakt mee het verschil. Meat&More heeft namelijk torenhoge ambities, en digitale technologie speelt daarin een grote rol. Het doel van de IT-divisie is duidelijk: onze klanten én collega's kwaliteitsvolle digitale oplossingen bieden doorheen de volledige supply chain, tot op het bord. Aan de slag als teamleader IT Architecture
IT Architecture zet de krijtlijnen uit zodat digitale oplossingen kwaliteitsvol en betrouwbaar zijn. Ons digitaal landschap is een combinatie van custom development en pakketsoftware (SAP e.a.). Om onze digitale transformatie succesvol te maken, is het essentieel om onze IT-architectuur te bewaken. Als hoofd van het IT Architecture-team word je zo onze onmisbare schakel tussen strategie en uitvoering.
Je neemt ownership van onze visie op IT-architectuur en geeft vorm aan het toekomstbeeld.
Je verbindt samen met jouw experten onze digitale projecten met IT-principes en -concepten. Je vertrekt vanuit een positief engagement om de link tussen deze principes en succesvolle digitale oplossingen te leggen. Zo word jij de go-to person voor deze belangrijke IT-fundamenten.
Je bent sparringspartner én klankbord voor de enterprise architect, maar evengoed voor onze solution architecten of technologie architecten.
Je behartigt de belangen van jouw team als een volleerd people manager.
Je garandeert het succes van onze IT delivery door onze IT project managers en scrum masters te coachen.
Je maakt deel uit van het IT leadershipteam en zet zo mee de krijtlijnen uit rond de digitale toekomst van Meat&More.
Profiel Hierin herken je jezelf
Je ben vertrouwd met verschillende technologische domeinen (o.a. Application development, Cloud, Integratie, Data, DevOps, Security, …).
Jouw inzichten kan je gebruiken om een visie vorm te geven én te vertalen naar projecten en een product roadmap.
Als people manager ben je enerzijds een uitstekende coach, maar kan je anderzijds ook je daadkracht tonen op vlak van plannen, opvolgen en prioriteiten stellen. Je zorgt er mee voor dat jouw team het verschil kan maken.
Je toont jezelf vlot in communicatie. Zo bouw je een sterke werkrelatie op met de business én binnen onze divisie.
Je bent leergierig en wil de werking van Meat&More begrijpen om robuuste en toekomstgerichte oplossingen op te leveren. Zo combineer je zowel denken als doen.
Voor bovenstaande topics kan je minstens vijf jaar professionele ervaring voorleggen, gecombineerd met een masterdiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
