Functieomschrijving: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor diverse diensten binnen een aantal domeinen binnen het sub-team. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de inhoudelijke uitvoering van business cases en/of de end-to-end product life cycle. Hierbij verdiep je je en begrijp je voor een aantal specifieke producten de exacte vraag, knelpunten, bestaande noden, opportuniteiten en informatiebehoeften van klanten, stakeholders en eindgebruikers. Binnen het team zal je initieel de Product Owner worden voor geografische webdiensten. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de operationele werking van de diensten, het ter beschikking stellen van nieuwe diensten binnen het bestaande systeem, het toekomstgericht upscalen van het systeem om te voldoen aan de toekomstige noden en het aanbieden van nieuwe types diensten op basis van de evoluerende standaarden en aangereikte use cases. Je zorgt voor het opstellen van de budgetten en het opvolgen en rapporteren ervan in samenwerking met de financieel verantwoordelijken binnen de organisatie. Later neem je meerdere domeinen voor je rekening. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn: Eindverantwoordelijkheid van diverse producten en componenten Stakeholder management Managen en prioritiseren van de product backlog Instaan als liaison tussen de diverse stakeholders, product en development Voorbeeldtaken zijn: Aanmaken en beheren van Epics en story's Zorgen dat jouw producten en componenten tijdig opgeleverd worden in samenwerking met de development teams Samenwerken met de technische specialisten en architecten rond jouw producten De nodige acties nemen om de betrouwbaarheid van jouw producten en het platform te kunnen garanderen Jouw profiel Je bent een teamplayer, zelfstandig, communicatief en sociaal Je hebt ervaring met het ontwikkelen en bewaken van de visie en doelstellingen van producten, inclusief het bewaken van de productstrategie, de product roadmap, in het belang van alle stakeholders Je hebt een C2 in Nederlands Je hebt een aantoonbare opleiding met certificatie (Product Owner/Manager) binnen Agile development methodologie Je hebt ervaring Van verschillende Project Management facetten (kosten, timing, planning, schattingen) Met het analyseren en definiëren van requirements bij alle mogelijke belanghebbenden, en de impact ervan inschatten Met het beheren van prioriteiten van de Product Back Log Je bent bereid te werken in zowel Gent als Brussel Wat er bijkomt Je wordt verloond naar takenpakket, kennis en competenties.
