**Mission**
We are looking for a Product Owner to join our IT Product team. We need someone who can take charge, captivate stakeholders, and take the lead on the development of our products. As the Product Mastermind, you will be the link between business and IT, driving the IT team towards our shared goal of delivering world-class outbound communication solutions.
**Your responsibilities**
As **Product Owner**, your responsibilities will be to:
- Manage the product backlog with **Product Management**, keeping our **customers’ needs** and **business objectives** at the forefront.
- Collaborate with our **development wizards** to craft user stories, acceptance criteria and enchanting product features.
- Use your wizardry to monitor the **product development process,** ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products that leave our customers spellbound.
- Channel your powers of perception to gather feedback from **cross-functional teams** to continuously **improve** the product and enhance **user experience**.
- Work with our **marketing** mages to bring the right messages to our** key stakeholders**.
- Keep our product in line with **regulatory requirements** and industry standards by wielding your wand of compliance.
**Your profile**
As **Product Owner, **you have:
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in a software development company.
- Your results speak for itself, you’ve delivered successful software products that meets customer expectations.
- Excellent languages skills in English and French and have a good knowledge of Dutch.
**And you also are**:
- Not just smart, you’re wise - you have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A good communicator and with great collaboration skills.
- A Scrum Master, or at least have the know-how on Agile methodologies.
