- Hays is looking for a Product Owner for one of our clients in Anderlecht._
**The job**:
We are looking for a Product Owner to join our IT Product team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for managing the product backlog, working with the development and marketing teams, and ensuring the quality of the product. You will also be responsible for communicating with stakeholders and ensuring that the product meets their needs.
**The role you will take**:
- Manage the product backlog and ensure that it reflects the needs of the customers and the business objectives.
- Work with the development and marketing teams to create user stories, acceptance criteria, and amazing product features.
- Monitor the product development process and ensure that products are delivered on time and of high quality.
- Collect feedback from different teams to continuously improve the product and the user experience.
- Communicate with stakeholders and ensure that the product meets their needs.
- Ensure that the product complies with legal requirements and industry standards.
**Your profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in a software development company.
- Proven track record of delivering successful software products.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Scrum Master or knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Fluent in French and English, with a good knowledge of Dutch.
