**Purpose & Scope**

Your role is to help CCEP Belux to remain relevant for shoppers & consumers (converting them into buyers) by co-defining and leading the implementation of brand activations together with the brand owners and the Environment Activation Teams. You’ll act as an interface between TCCC marketing teams and CCEP environment activation teams, to bring the voice of the customer within the Coca-Cola organisation. You’ll ensure an effective translation of the TCCC and Monster Company brand activations (of which the brand momentums) into tangible activation plans within the environments.

**Tasks at hand**

**1. BRAND ACTIVATIONS**
- Co-define and build the through the line and Cross-Environment brand activations calendar (of which momentums) with the Environment Activation Teams and the Brand Owners (TCCC & Monster).
- Use your influencing skills and work hand in hand with the Belux TCCC marketing team to improve and optimise the brand activations communication materials that we receive from TCCC Europe. This means that you should push and help the TCCC Belux marketing team to find the right arguments to localise, refine & amplify central (TCCC Europe) materials to be activated across relevant channels & ensure TCCC deliver relevant activation programs for the Belux environments, including toolkits / insights for selling story and (visual) assets
- Act as an interface between TCCC (or other brand owners such as Monster), CCEP environment activation team & KAM
- Co-develop selling story of brand/thematic activations into customer ready presentations for the relevant channels.
- Evaluate key brand through the line (TTL) activities together with environment activation teams and ensure the implementation of key learnings into future shopper activation planning.
- Share and learn best practices on TTL brand activations from other CCEP countries.
- Examples of project types in de scope: Fanta Halloween, Coke Xmas, Coke summer, Fifa, Fuze Tea Winner Per store, Monster Gaming,

**2. TRACKING & OPTIMISING TIMELY DELIVERY OF VISUAL AND BRAND ASSETS**
- Asset management / Timing gatekeeper of the delivery of the input from the brand owner
- Ensure the timely delivery of the environment proof material (toolkits, key visuals, trade presentations, mock-ups, packshots,)by tracking & communicating via a tracking tool
- Ensure the co-management of the cross-system sharing tools such as Dam (Digital Asset Management) tool & System sharepoint ( folder brand, portfolio & shopper in order to have always the last up to date information on all activations & NPD)
- Ensure the right translation of thematic & NPD graphic requirements into creative materials by presenting new toolkits to graphic corner & shopper teams
- Lead the Graphic Team and the Cross Channel Professional (3 people)

**3. OTHERS / AD HOC**
- Make sure the brand owners deliver relevant & timely content for sustainability shopper/ consumer communication tools (of the customer or in-outlet).
- Ad hoc projects : European Agency project, in-pack coupons,
