Senior Manager, Portfolio Acceleration

**Purpose & Scope**
Through your expertise, you will ensure CCEP Belux remains relevant for shoppers & consumers (converting them into buyers) to create sustainable value for CCEP & our customers by co-defining & leading the implementation of our Portfolio & Brand priorities (big bets) together with TCCC brand & the CCEP shopper marketing teams.
**Responsibilities**
Your will create value by **collaborating closely with The Coca-Cola Company**'s brand teams to** optimise and implement ABP (Annual Business Plan) brand support** and **acceleration plans** and co-define the **innovation pipeline**.
You will be the main **commercial development contact **point with **Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) supply** on brand big bets projects and other CCEP packaging initiatives
**Tasks at hand**
**1. Ensure TCCC delivers shopper and channel proof ABP brand big bets**
- Co lead from a CCEP point of view on ABP TCCC brand big bets & new initiatives
- Ensure TCCC delivers ABP brand big bets through the line support plans in line with customer & shopper demands.
- Brief and co-develop with shopper teams, ABP brand support plans and new initiatives
- Coordinate & ensure trade presentation content on ABP big bets is “customer/channel proof”
**2. Identify gaps and opportunities on the ABP brand big bets plans and “course correct” by setting-up acceleration plans where needed or stop brand initiatives/projects or sku’s if not relevant anymore.**
- Turn insights into action, with a hunting & “can do” attitude: initiate (with TCCC in the lead for brand development) business acceleration brand initiatives
- Co-lead acceleration plan (on big bets) : example : Coke flavors acceleration 2024
- Initiate new “temporary” projects / workstreams where needed in a flexible way
**3. CCEP Expert in Innovations**
- CCEP Gate keeper (TCCC is in the lead) for flavours & brand innovations: business case co-lead and define risks, resources.(value chain with help of finance, size of the prize with help of category expert)
- Present all TCCC brand new initiatives at internal commercial fora (HCT, BAM, FS Cockpit meetings,)
- Innovation pipeline and teamsites updates. Total calendar overview of all CCEP initatives
- Cross country alignment (ex specific inno’s, sku rationalisation and harmonisation ) and EU input and alignment (In for CCEP EU monthly updates.)
- Work across multiple brands & environments
**4. Commercial Development Expert on Supply chain related topics**
- Gate owner for customer specific innovations
- Pack change gatekeeper for all TCCC brands
- Input for brand big bets and inno’s in supply chain meeting (S&OP /PPR meetings )
- Give input for Belux business unit on supply chain optimisations with commercial impact (example trayless, )
- Prioritisation with supply/NIM of the changes, analyses printplates costs, prio sku’s, stop sku’s
- Communication on inno in market delay,..
Pending the successful outcome of the temporary assignment, potential for transition to a permanent position may be explored.
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG sector. A minimum of 2 to 3 years relevant experience in the Category/Business Development/account management/shopper marketingor Business Insights is a significant plus.
- Higher economical degree (Bachelor or Master)
- Fluent in English is a must + French or Dutch
- Strategic thinking
- Strong Influencing skills (cross functional and cross level) and comfortable with managing ambiguity
- Team player
- Excellent in excel and powerpoint
