**Wat verwacht Crelan van jou?**:
**Jouw functie****:
Binnen het team portfolio management zijn wij op zoek naar iemand die graag mee zijn schouders wil zetten om **portfoliomanagement**, in support van de verschillende stakeholders, mee verder uit te bouwen op een efficiënte en procesmatige manier.
Verschillende activiteiten die verband houden met portfolio management vinden hun oorsprong in het **Integratie & Migratie programma**, doch deze werden of zijn in aanpassing zodat ze ook van toepassing kunnen zijn op de verschillende andere initiatieven in de context van BAU en Transformatie roadmap.

**Concreet, portfolio management omvat 4 pijlers**:

- **Portfolio Reporting**: op basis van de portfolio data points, die beheerd worden in verschillende bronsystemen, dienen er verschillende dashboards en rapporten te worden ter beschikking gesteld.
- **Portfolio Assessments**: uitvoeren van transversale (data) analyses op over de verschillende programma's en portfolio's heen ter ondersteuning van haalbaarheidsanalyse, prioritering oefeningen, enz. Dit door het combineren van verschillende databronnen als dan niet verrijkt met info zoals capacity en of budgetverbruik.
- **Portfolio Maturity & Forecasting**: vanuit de "Portfolio Guild" mee instaan voor de te realiseren maturiteitsgroei bij de project managers & budgetverantwoordelijke mbt het bepalen van de benodigde budgetten en resources en dit dmv of het laten organiseren van trainingen en/of het ter beschikking laten stellen van documentatie. Daarnaast zal je ook mee de forecast & prioritering rondes mee faciliteren.
- **Demand management & Governance**:mee supporteren van de projectmanager en capability steerco coördinatoren zodat wijzigingen aan projecten doorheen de governance cyclus (capability steerco - transversal review meeting - change control board) hun goedkeuringen krijgen. Dit op basis van de onderliggende documentatie zoals Value Case, Cost & Capacity Case, Business Case.

Dit alles in nauwe samenwerking met Budget & Resource Management, Program Management (IMO) en Delivery Management, Transformation Management en Architectuur.

**Jouw profiel****:

- Je bent vertrouwd **project/programmanagement** en/of interesse in het overkoepelende verhaal van **PMO management.**:

- In deze functie heb je veel contacten met je interne collega's uit eigen en andere entiteiten, maar ook met externe consultants. Je bent maw een échte teamplayer en facilitator.
- Je bent **analytisch **en **cijfermatig **sterk. Je kan het belangrijke van het bijkomstige onderscheiden en zo onder de aandacht willen (laten) brengen.
- Je bent geïnteresseerd in de **technologische evoluties** die plaatsvinden in de financiële sector in het algemeen, doch meer specifiek welke keuzes er binnen onze bank gemaakt werden/gaan worden.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een master economie, financiën, IT,of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je werkt van nature uit steeds **efficiënt, methodisch en gestructureerd**, rekening houdend met de vigerende governance structuren binnen de bank.
- Je hebt een "native" kennis van één van de 2 landstalen (Frans en/of Nederlands), terwijl je de andere taal (Nederlands/Frans) kan begrijpen (spreken en lezen). Je beheerst de Engelse taal voldoende binnen de gangbare werkomgeving (PMO-office context).
