We are looking for a **Sales Operations Manager, **who is agile and innovative to join the** Go to Market Team **based in** Brussels, Belgium **or **Slough, UK**
**About this role**
UCB is facing a period with multiple new products launches as well as patent expirations which have a significant impact on the company´s future revenues and profitability. In combination with our strategic ambitions of providing superior solutions for patients, through various centrally organized expertise areas.
One of these is, Sales Operations, which is focusing on the creation of best-in-class incentive compensation schemes for our customer facing teams in Europe. As well as covering the responsibility for territory management and omnichannel call planning for many countries within and beyond Europe.
Within this role you will liaise with various management levels to optimally support our launch and change management programs, all focused at optimizing our portfolio performance.
**Who you’ll work with**
- Sales Operations Lead / CRM Lead / Digital Lead
- Communicating, training and implementing the tool(s) related to TM processes for assigned employees
- Collaborating with external vendor team offshore
- Establishing and maintaining a network of the most relevant internal stakeholders (sales management)
**What you’ll do**
Within this role you will liaise with various management levels to optimally support our launch and change management programs, all focused at optimizing our portfolio performance.
Due to various interdependencies, within this role you need to integrate Territory Management, OmniChannel Cycle Plan, Incentive Compensation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Operations with various business processes.
The role requires successful interactions and cooperation with a large variety of commercial, medical and market access stakeholders within our Patient Value Units (PVU) and Talent organization.
**Interested? For this position you will need the following education, experience and skills.**
- A minimum of BSc (or equivalent)
- Experience with Salesforce/Veeva CRM. A good understanding of CRM processes and functionalities is key.
- Robust working experience in commercial organizations, pharma experience is preferred
- Analytical capabilities
- Demonstrated project management / documentation skills
- End to End process understanding and adaptation for regional use
- Training experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to network with various management levels
- Willingness for occasional travel for team meetings
