Als IT Operations en Support Manager werk je nauw samen met de IT-directeur (DSI) en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de continuïteit van de bedrijfsactiviteiten, met een focus op het beheer en de beveiliging van de IT-infrastructuur, evenals het aansturen van het supportteam voor gebruikers.
Je neemt een proactieve rol aan in het voorstellen van innovatieve IT-oplossingen die de bedrijfsprocessen kunnen optimaliseren en de prestaties van de organisatie kunnen verbeteren.
**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:
Leidinggeven en superviseren van een team van technici en systeemingenieurs.
Verantwoordelijk voor de productieomgeving, IT-beheer, beveiliging en de werkplek-infrastructuur.
Zorgen voor de veiligheid en beschikbaarheid van de IT-infrastructuur.
Beheren van projecten rond implementatie, integratie, wijziging en onderhoud van infrastructuur (Productie, Systemen, Netwerken, Beveiliging, Werkplek,enz.).
Operationele aansturing van externe dienstverleners binnen jouwscope.
Beheren van budgetten en middelen.
Prioriteren en plannen van projecten en taken.
Continu verbeteren van de prestaties van de IT-infrastructuur.

**Jouw profiel**:
Je hebt 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
Je beheerst complexe netwerkomgevingen (Multi-sites, Netwerken, Datacenters).
Je bent een echte teamspeler die een groep weet te motiveren en naar een gezamenlijk doel toe te werken.
Je hebt bewezen organisatorische vaardigheden, een proactieve houding en goede interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en uitstekende samenwerkingsvaardigheden.
Je kunt goed schakelen tussen technische en niet-technische stakeholders.
**Talen**:
Nederlands en Frans zijn vereist; kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
