**Duties**
As part of the Chemical Distribution Sales Leadership Team responsible for achieving the overall Gross Profit of the annual AOP. You provide leadership to drive and achieve the sales strategy growth objectives. You ensure the success of the regional vertical’s profit and revenue. You lead and manage Belgium sales force.
This position report to the Head of Sales.
**Key Responsibilities and Tasks**
- Sets regional sales strategy and direction and is responsible to achieving Chemical Distribution sales targets (turnover, GP, ECM, DGP, Volume, etc.) and extending the customer base. Manage overall budget
- Leading cultural shift from short term ‘target driven’ culture, to one of long-term and
- Drive the business and the sales force (pipeline, conversion rate, sales activity, etc.).
- Instilling rigor and discipline around territory and account planning and account management.
- Identify strategic business opportunities and maintain strong business relationships,
- Forecasting of the region vertical revenue and margin
**We Are Looking For**
- Experience: Sales leadership (minimum of 5 years) experience in a B2B business mandatory.
- Experience with managing a diverse sales force,
- Languages: Good knowledge of French and Dutch, Fluent English.
- Personality : excellent communication and presentation skills and strong drive to succeed
- Both internally and externally: excellent presentation and leadership skills, thrives in a demanding sales environment
- Has a strong understanding of the Chemical Industry and Distribution Model
