Regulatory Project Manager

- Project management of regulatory projects involving multiple departments / business lines / geographical sites.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders in Frankfurt, Luxembourg and Geneva on regulatory matters affecting the European banking hub, headquartered in Germany, and its branches.
- Anticipating the likely impact of regulatory changes and coordinating efforts to prepare for ;
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines and deliverables for regulatory projects.
- Coordinate representatives of various departments (Legal, Risk, Compliance, IT, Business) to ensure all regulatory requirements are understood, assessed and integrated into the Group’s processes and systems.
- Manage resources, budgets and risks associated with regulatory projects.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meeting high quality standards.
- University degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance and/or ;
- At least five years' experience in project management working for a banking group, an asset manager or a consulting firm.
- Previous experience with regulatory projects (CRD, MiFID, EMIR, DORA, SFDR, etc.); experience with German regulatory environment (BaFin, Bundesbank) is an asset.
- Excellent command of French and English, German an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
- Excellent command of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel. MS Project skills appreciated.
