SALES & BID COORDINATOR Select Advisory brengt Beyond Data Group, Arch Fly en Beople samen rond drie kernpijlers: People, Data en Strategy. Wij ondersteunen organisaties bij hun meest cruciale uitdagingen en creëren waarde door het juiste talent, de juiste inzichten en de juiste strategie te verbinden. Als Sales & Bid Coordinator speel jij een cruciale rol in dit proces: jij zorgt ervoor dat de commerciële opportuniteiten correct opgevolgd, gestructureerd en ondersteund worden. Als Sales & Bid Coordinator speel je een sleutelrol in het ondersteunen en opvolgen van offertes en aanbestedingen binnen alle bedrijven van Select Advisory. Je werkt nauw samen met managing partners, account managers, salesverantwoordelijken en consultants en draagt bij aan een efficiënt en kwalitatief bid-proces. Wat ga je doen? Volgen van publicaties en offerteaanvragen, leads identificeren, kwalificeren en opvolgen met account managers. Coördineren van het volledige bid-proces: planning opstellen, meetings organiseren en notuleren, deadlines bewaken en documenten beheren (CV's, referenties, volmachten...). Offertes indienen via de juiste kanalen en zorgen voor uniforme sjablonen en up-to-date documenten. Up-to-date houden van CRM-systemen en SharePoint-sites, inclusief rapportages en documentbeheer. Sales ondersteunen met informatie en know-how uit CRM en SharePoint, en interne processen continu verbeteren. Jouw profiel Vloeiend NL, FR en goed ENG (mondeling & schriftelijk) Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden & oog voor detail Commerciële, proactieve en resultaatgerichte mindset Uitstekende communicatieve en relationele skills Ervaring in een coördinerende rol bij sales en/of bid-processen PC-/Office365-vaardig en flexibel wat betreft locatie Nice to haves SharePoint-development/-customization ervaring Basiskennis van bedrijfsprocessen (IT, HR, Finance) CRM-platform ervaring (Dynamics 365, Salesforce) Ervaring in consultancy en tender support Wat bieden wij jou?
