Voor een langdurige opdracht binnen een publieke organisatie zoeken wij een Medior SharePoint Information Management Analyst met een sterke affiniteit voor Information Management en Microsoft 365. Praktisch • Startdatum: 16 januari 2026• Beschikbaarheid: fulltime • Duur: Langetermijn • Telewerk: tot 50 procent • Werkuren: maandag tot vrijdag, 7 uur 36 per dag Jouw rol Als Medior SharePoint Information Management Analyst maak je deel uit van het Enterprise Information Management team. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het toepassen en uitdragen van Information Management en Records Management best practices binnen Microsoft 365. Wat ga je doen • Toepassen van Information Management en Records Management best practices binnen Microsoft 365• Opstellen van trainingsmateriaal op basis van interne richtlijnen • Geven van trainingen aan diverse doelgroepen • Meewerken aan projecten rond nieuwe technologieën en best practices • Begeleiden en ondersteunen van lokale EIM administrators • Vertalen van business requirements naar functionele en technische documentatie • Ondersteunen bij functionele en technische issues binnen SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams en andere M365 tools Talen • Nederlands en Frans: actieve kennis, mondeling en schriftelijk • Engels: goede kennis voor technische documentatie Technische kennis • Microsoft SharePoint oplossingen • SharePoint Online inclusief apps en search • Microsoft Teams • Microsoft Copilot 365• Affiniteit met Power Platform is een plus Ervaring • Minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring in Information Management • Ervaring met SharePoint Online en Microsoft Teams • Opleiden en begeleiden van eindgebruikers • Vertalen van businessbehoeften naar functionele en technische documentatie • Ondersteuning van lokale beheerders en configuratie van M365 oplossingen Certificeringen • Certificaten in Information Management, SharePoint Online of Microsoft 365 zijn een sterke troef Jouw profiel • Teamspeler met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden • Nauwkeurig en zelfstandig • Leergierig en proactief • Sterk in change management en user adoption Waarom Xelor Bij Xelor kies je voor inhoudelijke projecten, persoonlijke begeleiding en flexibiliteit.
