Depuis notre site à Grand-Bigard, nous recherchons un(e) Chef de projet BMS.

Que ferez-vous ?

En tant que Chef de projet BMS, vous coordonnez l'avancement des projets BMS, en particulier dans les domaines du contrôle et du HVAC. Vous gérez le budget, le planning et le suivi administratif et financier des projets.

Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe projet et jouez un rôle clé en tant qu'interface entre les services Ventes, Service, Finance et IT. Vous alternez efficacement entre les différentes phases du projet et savez travailler sous pression.

Vous rejoignez notre département Installation BMS basé à Grand-Bigard, mais vous serez régulièrement sur différents sites en Belgique en fonction des projets.

Comment allez-vous le faire ?
  • Vous êtes responsable de la gestion des projets d'installation BMS.
  • Vous supervisez le contrôle, le suivi, la coordination et la planification de l'ensemble du projet, tant sur le plan technique, commercial que financier.
  • Vous assurez le suivi administratif du projet.
  • Vous coordonnez, motivez et soutenez les équipes impliquées dans le projet.
  • Vous établissez et suivez le planning du projet.
  • Vous assurez la communication entre toutes les parties concernées, partagez les informations essentielles et proposez des solutions techniques optimales.
  • Vous êtes l'interlocuteur principal des clients, bureaux d'études, architectes et sous-traitants pour les projets sous votre responsabilité.
  • En tant que responsable final, vous garantissez la planification, la rentabilité, la sécurité et la qualité des projets qui vous sont confiés.
  • Vous assurez une bonne coordination et la transmission du dossier au service après-vente, afin de garantir le suivi de la maintenance.
  • Vous effectuez un rapport structuré et régulier de l'évolution du projet afin d'anticiper d'éventuels problèmes.
  • Vous rapportez directement au Installation Manager BMS.
Profil recherché :
  • Diplôme de bachelier technique ou équivalent par expérience et/ou formation.
  • Expérience avérée en gestion de projets, avec un excellent sens de l'organisation.
  • Capacité à s'intégrer rapidement dans notre organisation et à créer des liens facilement.
  • Expérience dans le BMS, le contrôle ou l'IT est un atout. Si vous ne possédez pas encore cette expérience, nous comptons sur votre capacité à apprendre rapidement avec l'aide de vos collègues.
  • Esprit pratique et proactif, capable de motiver et encadrer une équipe.
  • Bonne compréhension des aspects financiers liés à la gestion de projet.
  • Résistance au stress et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Attestation de bonne vie et moeurs.
  • Certification VCA-VOL ou volonté de suivre la formation.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français, ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance du néerlandais et de l'anglais.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
