**Over de organisatie**
Onze partner Volvo Group is één van werelds toonaangevende fabrikanten van trucks, bussen en motoren met merken als Volvo, Renault Trucks en Volvo Penta. Je komt terecht in een internationaal topbedrijf in de automotive sector.
**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Als shipping coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren van de transporten naar de klant. Dit houdt in dat je ervoor zorgt dat alles tijdig geleverd wordt op het afgesproken tijdstip waarbij je rekening houdt met kostenefficiëntie. Indien er zich problemen omtrent de levering van deze transporten voor doen, ben jij de contactpersoon om dit zo nauwkeurig mogelijk op te lossen. Hierbij staat een klantvriendelijke aanpak centraal zodat er gestreefd kan worden naar een maximum klanttevredenheid. Tot slot zorg je voor alle administratie die hiermee gepaard gaat.
**Jouw profiel**
Om in aanmerking te komen voor deze job als shipping coördinator beschik je over een bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Kennis van Nederlands en Engels is vereist, kennis van een andere taal is een pluspunt. Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden, kan goed in team werken en hebt een klantgerichte ingesteldheid. Je bent planmatig en analytisch sterk en kan goed prioriteiten stellen. Bovendien ben je zelfstandig en reageer je snel bij problemen, hetgeen je creatief kan oplossen. Je staat ervoor open om te werken in 2 ploegen. Het betreft een tijdelijke functie van april tot augustus/september, met kans op verlenging.
