Role and Responsibilities
Your role
Your main responsibility as a demand analyst is to ensure a correct maintenance of the sales forecast, by following the rules and regulation of the company in order to increase the sales of the assigned product portfolio.
**Responsibilities**:
- You are responsible for the follow up of the stream of the Audio, TV and accessories products.
- You are in contact with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- You are responsible for the sales administration.
- You are responsible to manage inventory and sell-out data and analyze it to prevent issues pro-actively.
- You control SCM KPI to meet the target and present during weekly Supply chain meeting. (Stock fulfillment rate, Sellout forecast accuracy, Sellout achievement, Aging inventory rate)
- You check sell-out result vs. forecast. On a weekly basis you update your forecast taking into account the current stock, sales trend, promotions and other factors.
- You are an important link in the supply chain process since your analyzed data from the basis of our purchases at the factory.
- You strive to maintain the correct processing of stock movement and take care of stock availability for back orders.
Your Team
As a Junior Demand Analyst you’ll be part of the AVD BE team located in Diegem, Belgium. You will have two colleagues and report to the SCM Team Leader AVD BE.
Skills and Qualifications
Your skills and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.

- Fluency in English, French and Dutch is required.
Preferred qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Analytical skills

- Knowledge of Sales and Logistic process
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
