Notre client est une agence de communication belge spécialisée dans le secteur du retail. Depuis sa création en 2015, notre entreprise continue de croître et collabore avec des marques renommées. Description du poste:
En tant que Junior Account, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la gestion des projets de communication pour nos clients. Vous serez, en collaboration avec l'Account Director, le point de contact central pour vos clients assignés, en répondant à toutes leurs demandes et en gérant leurs projets de communication. Vos responsabilités seront variées et stimulantes, incluant notamment:

- Assister les clients dans la planification et la mise en œuvre des stratégies de communication.
- Participer activement à la coordination des projets en collaboration avec les équipes créatives et graphiques.
- Traduire les briefings en actions concrètes en posant des questions critiques nécessaires et en veillant à la qualité et à la rapidité de l'exécution.
- Assurer une satisfaction optimale des clients en assurant un suivi fluide et sans erreur.

**Votre profil**:
Qualifications requises:

- **Vous communiquez et présentez aisément en néerlandais et en français.**
- Formation supérieure en marketing et communication pour une compréhension approfondie du secteur.
- Bonne connaissance de la suite Office, en particulier d'Excel et de Powerpoint.
- Vous aimez travailler de manière autonome tout en étant un(e) team player.
- Vous êtes énergique, enthousiaste et persuasif(ve).
- Vous êtes fort(e) en planification et en organisation, en ayant le souci du détail. Vous aimez l'effervescence des projets, vous réfléchissez et agissez rapidement, tout en gardant toujours la tête froide.
- Vous privilégiez une approche pragmatique et axée sur les solutions, tout en étant également compétent(e) sur le plan administratif.
- Le monde numérique et les réseaux sociaux n'ont aucun secret pour vous.

**Expérience**:
Vous êtes un(e) jeune diplômé(e) et avez idéalement déjà effectué un ou plusieurs stages dans le secteur du marketing ou de la communication.
