In this context, the Executive Account Manager will be required to build an executive business relationship to define and implement short-, mid
- and long-term plans; to closely work together with the local Account Managers, Product Sales Specialist, Service Account Leaders, Service Manager, Project Manager of Installations and regionally Enterprise solution, Digital, Legal teams.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
The Executive Account Manager (EAM) is responsible for:

- Strengthening long-term partnerships, Fleet management contracts and managing care pathway projects including novel digital solutions with Belgium & Luxembourg hospitals, hospitals networks and private groups.
- Driving profitable orders and sales growth through influencing at C-level of hospitals, hospitals networks and private groups.
- Proactively developing and executing a “One GE Healthcare” strategy that capitalizes on the strength of GE Healthcare’s broad portfolio of products (Imaging, Ultrasound, PCS & Digital Enterprise solutions), services, solutions, financing and is expected to lead and secure large, strategic, cross-P&L customer purchases.
- Work closely with the International Region and the EMEA/FBFA Zone team to develop a customized Solution offering for Belgium & Luxembourg hospital projects.
- Facilitate comprehensive offering and pricing for large projects working closely with the GE Healthcare Regional commercial operation, Solutions, financing, pricing teams.
- Leverage Healthcare Financial Services and other relevant external financing facilities and tools to address projects funding needs.
- Required focus on building customer intimacy and growing the GEHC commercial relationships by orchestrating all of GEHC’s resources to that customer’s advantage
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the wider GE Healthcare Account Team encompassing total responsibility for 100% of the GE Healthcare business at assigned hospitals & hospital networks.
- Driving profitable orders & sales growth for HCS Franchise business
- Analyze accounts to develop a business plan and strategy that creates new business opportunities for all GE Healthcare products & services.
- The assigned Accounts are typically Academic, very large, market leading, and highly strategic hospitals or hospital networks, governments, large private/public chains, Group Purchasing Organizations, etc.
- Establish and enhance relationships at C-suite level through responsive resolution of issues and addressing customer needs by integrating all appropriate GEHC resources. Promote service offerings to identify and escalate commercial service needs to drive customer NPS.
- Has a broad knowledge of the equipment, Digital, Solutions and Services portfolios and a desire to stay on top of the capability offered within GEHC.
- Has a broad knowledge of, and compliance with, Quality, Regulatory, integrity and company policies.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small to large size projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
- Lead communication on the external network such as LinkedIn and encourage the rest of the Account team to share successful stories with our customers.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Education to Bachelor Degree level.
- Fluent in Dutch, French & English
- 7+ years’ experience in Business Management or Sales/Marketing or alternative experience.
- Outstanding influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels.
- Managing in a matrix organization.
- Proven track record on relationship building skills.
- High level presentation skills: able to present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Demonstrate ability to influence and lead programs / projects.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Demonstrates strategic thinking.
- Financial and business acumen.

**Preferred Qualifications and skillset**:

- Master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years’ experience in closing large, complex, strategic deals.
- Proven key account management and project planning skills.
- Healthcare experience in a commercial environment.
- Direct and/or Indirect management experience.
- Deep knowledge of GEHC and the products and servi
