Role and Responsibilities
Your role
Your main responsibility as Account Manager Buying groups is to build and maintain strong relationships and a high level of customer satisfaction. You will focus on business opportunities arising from: new product introductions; new retail openings and marketing propositions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support and visit active Accounts within Retail Buying group, work out deals and take the availability of products into account.
- Make agreements and deals in consultation with the Field Sales Manager.
- Attend events of the company or accounts in order to represent the company, to give product information and support the field ambassadors with product/Sales floor training and to maintain a strong relationship with the accounts.
- Create clear sales reports (quarterly & yearly) of the sales process, status and forecast for the following period, within the rules and regulations of the company, in order to have full insight in to the sales process.
- Suggest sales actions and exceptional discounts, within the rules and regulations of the marketing department, in order to promote new products with customers.
- Create more brand awareness by customers in order to increase the sales of Samsung products
- Work and communicate efficiently with sales & marketing team of the division and other departments: credit & collection, order processing, logistic, legal (contract with account), extended sales force, Service, finance department, marketing department & retail marketing team.

The ideal Account Manager recognize themselves in the following profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Have been successful in at least one Sales job before in the consumer electronics market.
- General interest in technology, electronics.
- Understanding of sales processes & a creative approach to problem solving;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and with customers.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify trends, analyze data, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Fast in decision making, able to switch between accounts with different situations and problems.
- Fluency in English, Dutch and French is required.

- You show customer focus: demonstrates concern for meeting and exceeding needs of customers.
- You have business acumen and agility: you have the ability to articulate the business value of Samsung and position them in competitive scenarios.
- You show effective engagement & communication skills: effective time management, account management.
