AnaBioTec behoort tot anacura, een onafhankelijke laboratoriumgroep van 250 medewerkers bestaande uit Anabiotec, actief binnen de geneesmiddelenontwikkeling en Labo Nuytinck, actief binnen de extramurale laboratoriumgeneeskunde.

AnaBioTec ondersteunt ambitieuze kmo’s en grote en gevestigde farmaceutische bedrijven over de hele wereld door analytische oplossingen te bieden op het gebied van karakterisering van geneesmiddelen, vrijgave en stabiliteit, en dit in een GMP-gecertificeerde omgeving.

Om in te zetten op de toekomst zijn wij in Evergem op zoek naar een (m/v/x):
**Group Leader Analytisch Labo**:**Functie**:

- Als Group Leader sta je in voor de ontwikkeling en coaching van een team van 5-8 analisten.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de operationele laboactiviteiten ter ondersteuning van de klantenprojecten binnen je team.
- Je borgt dat deze activiteiten verlopen volgens de gangbare kwaliteitsnormen (GMP).
- Ook evalueer je (de juistheid van) de resultaten en conclusies van het laboratoriumwerk.
- Tevens identificeer en communiceer je de informatie die noodzakelijk is voor de Project Manager van de klantenprojecten en reik je uit naar experten waar nodig.
- Je werkt met je collega Group Leaders aan het optimaliseren van de operationele activiteiten en draagt bij aan operationele verbeterprojecten.
- Je kan terugblikken op kennis van meerdere analytische technologieën/domeinen.
- Dit alles doe je tot slot in een sfeer van: Vertrouwen geven - Verbinden - Coachen - Open en constructieve communicatie

**Profiel**:

- Je hebt een wetenschappelijke opleiding genoten en reeds ervaring in een analytische of farmaceutische omgeving. Binnen deze ervaring ben je al in contact gekomen met het coachen van interne medewerkers.
- Een gedegen kennis van de analytische noden in de verschillende fasen van de geneesmiddelenontwikkeling en/of ervaring in een GMP omgeving is een plus.
- Je werkt steeds nauwkeurig en bent zeer gemotiveerd om in een omgeving te werken met veel afwisseling en leeropportuniteiten. Ook ben je flexibel om verschillende taken op te nemen afhankelijk van de noden.
- Daarnaast kennen ze je als een echte _people-coach_. Iemand die zowel met interne medewerkers, externe opdrachtgevers vlot communiceert en bijdraagt tot een constructieve sfeer.
- Rekening houdend met timing en budget kan je goed plannen, organiseren en coördineren.
- Tot slot beheers je het Engels als werktaal en spreek je vlot Nederlands.
