AnaBioTec maakt deel uit van anacura, een groeiend familiebedrijf in de gezondheidszorg. De anacura groep, met meer dan 250 werknemers, bestaat uit 2 onafhankelijke laboratoria: Labo Nuytinck, actief binnen de extramurale laboratoriumgeneeskunde en AnaBioTec, actief in geneesmiddelenontwikkeling. Beide laboratoria hebben hun hoofdactiviteiten in een ultramodern gebouw, gelegen in een groene omgeving nabij Gent, België.

AnaBioTec biedt analytische diensten aan voor de karakterisering en kwaliteitscontrole van commerciële en geneesmiddelen in ontwikkeling (kleine moleculen, biologics, biosimilars of cel
- en gentherapieën). Met meer dan 20 jaar ervaring ondersteunen wij met trots ambitieuze jonge biotechbedrijven en gevestigde farmaceutische bedrijven over de hele wereld, van preklinische geneesmiddelkarakterisering en assay-ontwikkeling helemaal tot aan vrijgave van commerciële geneesmiddelen. **Group Leader Chromatografie**:
**Functie**
- Je coacht en traint met enthousiasme jouw team van een 8-tal analisten.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het inplannen en dagelijkse aansturing van de operationele laboactiviteiten ter realisatie van onze klantenprojecten.
- Je zorgt voor het tijdig afleveren van resultaten genegeerd door jouw team.
- Je volgt de werkmethodes en procedures op de voet en bent in staat om proactief problemen op te sporen en oplossingen mee uit te werken.
- Je borgt dat onze activiteiten verlopen volgens de gangbare kwaliteitsnormen (GMP).
- Je evalueert de juistheid van de resultaten en conclusies van het laboratoriumwerk.
- Je bewaakt een goede communicatie en samenwerking met onze Project Managers en Scientists.
- Je werkt met je collega Group Leaders actief aan het optimaliseren van de operationele activiteiten en je engageert je in verschillende verbeterprojecten.

**Profiel**
- Je hebt een wetenschappelijke opleiding genoten en meerdere jaren ervaring opgedaan in een analytische, industriële of farmaceutische lab omgeving.
- Je hebt kennis van meerdere analytische technologieën, en bij uitstek van chromatografie (zoals LC-UV/ELSD/CAD/MS en GC-FID). Ervarming met andere CMC technieken (zoals Dissolutie, KF, ELISA,...) is een plus.
- Je beschikt over aantoonbare ervaring in het leiden, coachen en ontwikkelen van een crossfunctioneel team.
- Je communiceert vlot met alle stakeholders en je zorgt voor een proactieve en constructieve sfeer in je team.
- Je houdt van plannen en organiseren en streeft hierbij naar een evenwicht tussen de belangen van de organisatie en de noden van jouw medewerkers.
- Kennis van de analytische noden in de verschillende fasen van geneesmiddelenontwikkeling en ervaring in een GxP-omgeving zijn een plus.
- Je spreekt perfect Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Je bent gemotiveerd om minstens 80% te werken.
