**Welke verantwoordelijkheden heb je als **E-commerce Specialist**?**
Je werkt van thuis uit of (flexibel) op kantoor in Eindhoven, Nederland. Samen met het team stel je de benchmarks samen waaraan product content moet voldoen en help je mee aan de realisatie ervan. Met jouw proactieve houding en ambitieuze karakter, zorg je ervoor dat je constant op de hoogte blijft van alle content ontwikkelingen bij de retailers en denk je actief mee na over wat Philips kan verbeteren. Een overzicht van je verantwoordelijkheden:
- **Contentstrategie**: je bent verantwoordelijk voor de totale content strategie en uitrol hiervan: denk aan het schrijven van wervende productbeschrijvingen tot aan het kiezen van de optimale foto's. Jij creëert inspirerende branded content.
- **Customer journey**: om tot de beste content te komen verdiep jij je in de klant, onze producten, het merk en de concurrentie.
- **Copywriting**: jij schrijft pakkende teksten over onze producten, voornamelijk in de Franse taal.
- **Analytics**: de analytics van jouw werk is vaak één van de eerste dingen die een klant ziet. Daarom maak je niet alleen mooie content, maar vooral content die zorgt voor meer verkopen en happy customers Die analytics hou je nauwkeurig bij en weet je te interpreteren.

je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Frans en Nederlands, Engels is een plus
