**Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden?**

Binnen de directie Life krijg je de kans om, in samenwerking met onze onderaannemer, de nieuwe productie maar ook de portefeuille met hypothecaire kredieten en voorschotten op polissen te beheren.

Jouw taken:

- Bij kredietaanvragen luisteren naar klanten, hen informeren en adviseren in overeenstemming met de toepasselijke wet
- en regelgeving.
- De klant in de verschillende stappen begeleiden om een volledig dossier te kunnen samenstellen.
- Het dossier zo volledig en gestructureerd mogelijk ingeven in het systeem zodat een objectieve overzichtsnota kan worden aangemaakt.
- Kredietdossiers (hypothecaire lening, wederopname, voorschot op polis) analyseren en accepteren (in overeenstemming met de vastgelegde normen) en een offerte uitbrengen binnen een redelijk termijn.
- De klanten informeren over de voortgang van hun dossier, tot aan de ondertekening van de akte.
- Een nauwe en constante relatie onderhouden met de onderaannemer, de dienst 2e Pijler en het Organisme voor de Financiering van Pensioenen (OFP) van Ethias.
- Helpen bij het beheren van de taken van de dienst 3e Pijler: schuldsaldo - telefonie - beheer van polissen Leven.

**Profiel** Over welk profiel moet je beschikken?**
- Je bezit een bachelordiploma in handel/economie of hebt een gelijkwaardige ervaring. Beschik je over het attest van “kredietbemiddelaar”, dan is dat een voordeel.
- Je kan autonoom werken.
- Je bent georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en zeer pedagogisch.
- Je bent loyaal, kan in alle discretie werken en legt volledige vertrouwelijkheid aan de dag.
- Je respecteert de regels die zijn vastgelegd.
- De materie boeit je sterk. Je leert dan ook graag bij en wil op de hoogte blijven van nieuwe ontwikkelingen.
- Een goede kennis van het Frans / Nederlands is een pluspunt.
