En tant que Team Manager supply chain au sein de Retail Partners Colruyt Group, vous évoluez en plein c¿ur de l'action logistique. Vous pilotez un centre de distribution logistique et contribuez - à l'échelon tactique -, à la chaîne d'approvisionnement de demain.

En tant que Team Manager Supply Chain, vous assumez les tâches suivantes:
Vous dirigez un département au sein de notre chaîne d'approvisionnement, tel que notre centre de distribution, centre de retour, service transport ou gestion des stocks.
Sur la base de la stratégie prédéfinie, vous élaborez un plan tactique comportant des objectifs et des projets auxquels vous prenez part. De cette manière, vous aidez les entrepreneurs indépendants à mettre à profit leurs compétences, détectez leurs besoins et y répondez de manière proactive.
Vous prenez en charge des projets visant à améliorer la continuité des activités quotidiennes et à rester en phase avec le marché.
Vous dirigez le fonctionnement opérationnel de l'un de nos centres de distribution et gérez les processus logistiques qui s'y déroulent.
Vous gardez une vue d'ensemble des processus logistiques globaux et du processus de la chaîne d'approvisionnement de bout en bout.
Votre vue d'ensemble vous permet d'apporter des optimisations au sein de votre département. Vous encadrez les changements dans les opérations quotidiennes. Ce faisant, vous vérifiez quelles sont les don nées disponibles et rassemblez vous-même les informations manquantes nécessaires.
Vous dirigez 8 à 12 Team Leaders et, ensemble, avez 250 à 350 collaborateurs sous votre aile.

Profil
Connaissances et expérience - Vous justifiez des ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et avez déjà géré d'autres dirigeants.
Prise d'initiatives - Vous adoptez une réflexion sortant des sentiers battus et restez au fait des nouvelles tendances (logistiques). Vous initiez des projets innovants.
Orientation client - Les besoins du client sont au centre de vos préoccupations. Grâce à votre esprit fédérateur, vous parvenez à motiver tous les intéressés.
Capacité d¿analyse - Vous disposez d'un esprit d'analyse qui vous permet de distinguer rapidement le principal du superflu et de fixer les bonnes priorités.
Qualités de management - Outre des compétences en matière de planification, de structure et d'organisation, vous possédez également de solides aptitudes relationnelles : la communication, l'empathie et la capacité de compréhension sont cruciales.
Connaissances linguistiques - Vous êtes bilingue (français/néerlandais).
