**Vacature omschrijving**:
**Als Team Leader Supply Chain bij Retail Partners Colruyt Group beland je midden in de logistieke actie. Je leidt een afdeling binnen onze logistiek en draagt op tactisch niveau bij aan onze supply chain van morgen.**

**Jouw takenpakket als Team Leader Supply Chain**:

- Je leidt een afdeling binnen onze supply chain, zoals ons distributiecentrum, retourcentrum, transport of voorraadbeheer.
- Je vertaalt de vooropgestelde strategie naar een tactisch plan met doelstellingen en projecten die je zelf ook mee uitwerkt.
- Je neemt projecten op om de continuïteit te verbeteren van de dagelijkse werking en up-to-date te blijven met de markt.
- Je leidt de operationele werking van een van onze distributiecentra en beheert er de logistieke processen.
- Je bewaart het overzicht over de overkoepelende logistieke processen en het end-to-end supply chain-proces.
- Op basis van je helicopterview introduceer je optimalisaties binnen je afdeling en begeleid je veranderingen in de dagelijkse werking. Hierbij ga je na welke data beschikbaar is en verzamelt zelf ook gegevens. Afhankelijk van de afdeling stuur je tot 8 teammanagers aan en heb je tot 200 medewerkers onder je vleugels.

Je werkt in het distributiecentrum van Retail Partners Colruyt Group in Mechelen.

**Profiel**:

- **Kennis en ervaring** - Je hebt al een aantal jaren ervaring in supply chain en reeds een functie uitgeoefend waarin je andere leidinggevenden hebt aangestuurd.
- ** Initiatief nemen** - Je kan out of the box denken, blijft op de hoogte van nieuwe (logistieke) trends en initieert vernieuwende projecten.
- ** Klantgericht** - Je hebt oog voor de noden van de klant (de zelfstandige Spar-ondernemers). Dankzij je enthousiasme en verbindende kwaliteiten slaag je erin om alle betrokkenen te motiveren.
- ** Analytisch vermogen** - Je bent een sterk analytische geest die hoofdzaak van bijzaak kan onderscheiden en de juiste prioriteiten weet te leggen.
- ** Leidinggevende skills -** Naast inzicht in planning, structuur en organisatie, heb je ook sterke people skills nodig: communicatie, empathie en inlevingsvermogen zijn cruciaal.
- ** Talenkennis** - Je communiceert helder in het Nederlands en Frans (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).
