Donaldson is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to support the Compensation and Benefits Team in Leuven (PT +30 h or FT). Main focus will be on compensation and defined projects. You can be located in Belgium, The Netherlands or Germany. The position will be required for 3 - 6 months.
**Responsibilities**:
- You will have the responsibility for EMEA and Global teams on compensation processes programs and actions.
- You will support the global governance structure for international Compensation & Benefits across EMEA.
- You will analyze industry trends on compensation.
- You will collaborate intensely with the Donaldson Global Rewards Team to optimize global practices and processes.
- You will participate in several regional and global projects, including the alignment of practices for newly acquired companies or the establishment of new offices.
- You will manage Compensation and Benefits configured data is accurate in Workday, our global HR tool.
- You will partner, consult, and share your expertise with the broader HR Community such as the HR Business Partners, as well as Leadership and employee groups and make sure practices are promoted, embedded, and well understood.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Master’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits & a track record of success in developing and implementing international initiatives.
- Job Architecture and Mercer IPE or other methodology is highly desired.
- Advanced knowledge in global Compensation and regulations.
- Global company experience, multi-country and/or multi-sites experience. Experience working at a US company is a must.
- Adaptability and responsiveness to change as well as the ability to drive change management.
- Strong decision-making and influencing skills.
- A can-do attitude and results-oriented.
- Have analytical skills without getting lost in details.
- Team player.
- Have the highest ethical standards.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and oral), Dutch is a plus, and other languages an advantage.
