**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner;
- Learn and master the art of crafting our premium burgers, ensuring that each order is prepared with the utmost attention to detail;
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain the inviting and relaxed ambiance of our New York-inspired dining area;
- Adhere to rigorous food safety and hygiene standards, prioritizing the well-being and satisfaction of our valued customers;
- Operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency, handling transactions professionally and maintaining proper records;
- Foster a strong sense of teamwork, supporting and collaborating with fellow crew members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service;
- Embody our company's values and image, enhancing the overall dining experience and leaving a lasting positive impression on our customers.

**Requirements**:

- Youthful enthusiasm and a genuine love for premium burgers and the casual dining experience;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members;
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with ease;
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak times for our restaurant;
- Prior experience in the food service industry is not required but is considered a plus.
