Advisory - Manager**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- You will play a key role in the management of procurement activities for KPMG Belgium to ensure the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support KPMG's business objectives, maintain strong supplier relationships, and drive process improvements in the procurement function.Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing and Vendor Management:
- Execute end-to-end procurement processes, including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
- Evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate contractual terms and conditions.
- Assess vendor performance and conduct supplier audits.
- Continuously monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process efficiencies.
- Implement supplier performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- 2. Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes and enhance efficiency.
- Implement best practices in procurement and contribute to the development of procurement policies and procedures.
- Leverage technology and automation tools to optimize procurement processes and data management.
- 3. Procurement Strategy and Planning:
- Co-develop and implement a procurement strategy aligned with KPMG's business goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
- Prepare procurement plans and budgets in consultation with the relevant team leads.
- 4. Contract Management:
- Review and analyze supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to address contractual issues.
- Administer contract renewals, amendments, and terminations as required.
- Monitor contract performance and resolve disputes or conflicts.
- 5. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and KPMG's internal policies.
- Conduct risk assessments related to procurement activities and develop mitigation strategies.
- Assist with internal and external audits related to procurement activities.

- Zaventem HQ**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Master degree and at least 8 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a professional services or consulting firm.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement principles, practices and strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
