**Your **mission**

You are part of the local Plant Management Team
- As the Operational Team Leader you are leading the biggest customer-specific operations team. Your responsibilities are:

- realize the operational goals to contribute to the site goals
- ensure a cost effective and profitable Ops Team ;
- undertake tactical planning activities in line with customer and business needs ;
- implement better ways of working ;
- develop processes to deliver customers’ future needs ;
- deploy Best Practices with the other Ops Teams ;
- develop team members to a high level of satisfaction for them and the site ;
- support the transformational growth of the site ;
- leading and coaching your team ;
- As the Production Manager you lead the Production Team Leads to support each operations team towards the general site goals ;
- You use your people and project management skills to create an environment of trust that strives for results and improvements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

**Expected **output**
- **_Reaching _**_the operational _**_budget:_**:

- **_HS&E:_** you uphold HS&E at least at the same level as the other goals to safeguard our people and the environment.
- **_Sales: _**the ops team shipments contribute to the general site’s shipments.
- **_Margin:_** your decisions regarding organisation and expenses will impact the site’s margin.
- **_Delivery:_** the customer satisfaction is determined by on-time delivery and the service given.
- **_Quality: _**you guide the team to have the mindset to deliver quality service.
- **_Cost _**_reductions:_** you lead the efficiency pillar to reach the yearly savings budget.
- **_The _**_team is understanding and adjusting according to customer _**_needs:_** you are the champion of our customer.
- **_Leading _**_the team leads in production to support all ops _**_teams: _**you supervise the team leads to ensure solidarity and training.

- Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus
- Ability to travel occasionally
